Shipping policy

At Distinct Echos Apparel, we strive to get your items to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Processing Times

  • Standard Orders: All orders are processed within 5 business days.

  • Specialty Items: Please note that drop-shipped and made-to-order products may require additional time for production and processing.

  • Business Hours: We do not ship or process orders on weekends or holidays.

Note: During high-volume seasons, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your order faces a significant delay, we will reach out to you directly via email or phone.

Shipping & Handling Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. Your total at checkout includes:

  1. Carrier Costs: The direct rate from the shipping provider.

  2. Handling: This covers the costs of carefully preparing, packing, and securing your order for transit.

To ensure your package reaches you safely, we reserve the right to upgrade or change shipping methods at no additional cost to you if a more efficient option becomes available at the time of shipment.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking number (if provided by the carrier). This allows you to follow your package's journey in real-time.

Important Carrier Information

  • Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Jules & Bee is not responsible for mail delays caused by weather or carrier-specific issues.

  • Missing Packages (USPS): If your package is shipped via USPS and goes missing, please note their investigation timelines:

    • First Class: A case cannot be opened until the package has been missing for 30 days.

    • Priority Mail: A case can be opened after 7 days.
