Because each item is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery if:
- Your item is damaged
- Your item is defective
- You received the wrong item
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos showing the problem
Once reviewed, we will work with you to make it right, which may include a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items
Since all products are printed on demand and made specifically for each customer, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Color preference
- Change of mind
- Ordering by mistake
We also do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Refunds
If your refund request is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund after approval.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under applicable consumer protection laws.
However, please note that this right may not apply to goods that are made-to-order or customized for the consumer, including print-on-demand products.
