Hi, friend! I'm Echo.

I'm a little hedgehog that knows everyone experiences the world in their own way.

I don't try to be perfect. I simply try to be me. I like singing because music feels safe and predictable. I like organizing my treasures, blowing bubbles, jumping in puddles and reading in a quiet corner.

Things that help me: Routines. Movement. Deep breaths. Favorite books and snacks. Music. Nature. Swinging. Kind people. A little extra time.

You don't have to change who you are to belong. I am on this journey with you, one little moment at time.
